JC Ayer Puzzles
We’ve created software to interpret graphics in AutoCAD® into Gerber CNC code to run 2-axis and 3-axis cutting machines. This software was used for 2-axis wire and waterjets systems, and for 3-axis routers to create automotive tooling. One of these systems is still operating today in JC Ayer Puzzles Company in Marblehead, Massachusetts. Jim creates custom high-quality wooden jigsaw puzzles that retail in the hundreds of dollars. Precision, reliability and ease of use were critical to his company's objective of offering some of the best quality jigsaw puzzles available. With utilities included in our software, he has the ability to create the most uniquely configured array of figures within the puzzle pieces.
JC Ayer is the one of the first clients using our solutions, and after 30 years, he still depends on our software and expertise.
