JC Ayer Puzzles
We’ve created software to interpret graphics in AutoCAD® into Gerber CNC code to run 2-axis and 3-axis cutting machines. This software was used for 2-axis wire and waterjets systems, and for 3-axis routers to create automotive tooling. Jim Ayer of JC Ayer Puzzles in Marblehead MA created custom high-quality wooden jigsaw puzzles that retailed in the hundreds of dollars. Precision, reliability and ease of use were critical to his company's objective of offering some of the best quality jigsaw puzzles available. With utilities included in our software, he had the ability to create the most uniquely configured array of figures within the puzzle pieces. In recent years, Jim had us update his software to work ith a Galil Motion Controller. He has since closed his company.
JC Ayer was the one of the first clients to use our software solutions, and for over 30 years, he created hundres of puzzles using our software and expertise.
